MEDICAL PRESCRIPTIONS
Please call your pharmacy to have them fax to our office your prescription for renewal. There is no fee for this service.
If you wish to cancel an appointment, please call our office as soon as possible to advise us. Should you miss an appointment without informing us beforehand, fees will be charged.
OUTSIDE OF THESE HOURS, PLEASE CALL THE TELEPHONE HEALTH ADVISORY SERVICE AT 1-866-553-7205.
This free service will put you in contact with specially trained, bilingual nursing professionals available to answer your health questions from 5 pm to 9 am, Monday to Friday, as well as night and day on weekends and official holidays.
